female Customer Service & Sales Executive

to join our team as a

Financial Advisor

. The ideal candidate will combine excellent customer service with strong sales and collection skills, assisting clients in managing and repaying their outstanding debts through structured salary-based plans. This role requires professionalism, empathy, and a proactive sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a financial advisor to clients with outstanding bank debts Provide exceptional customer service while guiding clients toward responsible debt repayment Utilize negotiation and persuasion skills to encourage timely payments Offer tailored repayment strategies aligned with clients' salary structures Maintain clear, accurate records of all client interactions Follow up on payment commitments and meet daily/monthly recovery goals Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and integrity

Requirements:

Female candidates only

(due to the nature of client interactions and internal team dynamics) Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or debt collection Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Knowledge of salary-based repayment systems and debt management preferred Familiarity with UAE banking and credit practices is an advantage Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
