Female Sales Consultant We are seeking motivated and personable female Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is a hybrid position that combines front desk reception duties with sales and client engagement responsibilities. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and possesses excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Memberships: Proactively sell gym memberships, conduct facility tours, explain membership options, and address inquiries. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, assist members with questions or concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction. Lead Generation and Follow-up: Generate leads, follow up with potential members, and convert leads into memberships. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with members, understand their fitness goals, and provide guidance and support. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a good understanding of gym services, programs, and equipment to effectively communicate benefits. Administrative Tasks: Manage member registrations, update records, handle payments, and maintain a clean work area. Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor\'s degree preferred).
• Previous experience in reception or customer service roles is a plus.
• Sales or client-facing experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in using office software and equipment.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
