Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming and friendly environment for customers
- Assist customers with product selection and provide styling recommendations
- Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance
- Restock merchandise and ensure inventory levels are maintained
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty
- Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge
- Assist with visual merchandising and window displays
- Collaborate with the team to achieve store objectives
- Prior retail or customer service experience in the fashion industry preferred
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Arabic (Preferred)
