Trendsourcing is a luxury personal shopping company specializing in sourcing exclusive

Hermes bags and other luxury fashion items for an UHNW individuals. Based in Dubai, the

company delivers white-glove service focused on discretion, speed, authenticity, and

relationship-driven sales.

Role Overview



The Sales Associate will support client acquisition, relationship management, and sales

execution within the luxury goods category. This role requires strong communication skills,

exceptional customer experience standards, and the ability to manage fast-moving inventory

and high-value transactions with discretion.

Key Responsibilities



- Support inbound and outbound luxury product sales, with a focus on Hermes and related

premium brands.

- Respond to customer inquiries across WhatsApp, email, and social channels in a timely

and polished manner.

- Guide clients through product availability, pricing, sourcing timelines, and payment

processes.

- Build and maintain relationships with recurring buyers and VIP clients.

- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to confirm availability, authenticity, and

logistics.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, orders, and conversations using CRM tools or

internal tracking systems.

- Assist in content preparation for social media, listings, and product showcases as

needed.

- Represent the brand image through professional communication, product knowledge,

and presentation.

- Support order fulfillment including packaging, delivery scheduling, and after-sales

follow-up.

- Monitor new product releases, market prices, and trends within the luxury space.

Required Skills & Experience



- Previous experience in sales, luxury retail, concierge services, or high-ticket customer

service.

- Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Comfortable handling high-value clients and confidential transactions.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail.

- Basic understanding of luxury product authentication, brand families, and pricing

(training can be provided).

- Proficiency with WhatsApp Business, email, CRM tools, and digital communication

platforms.
