JOB DESCRIPTION:
Research companies to create a strategic communication plan.
Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential new clients
Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.
Prepares accurate proposals, contracts, quotations and other documents related to sales activities.
Maintain a client database and update status reports on a daily basis.
Educate prospected clients on the products and services offered.
Achieving monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Respond to requests form customers as needed in professional manner.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as Sales Executive in Hospitality Industry.
Good track record of sales, closing deals and maintaining good costumer relationship.
Excellent in MS office (Excel, MS Word, Power Point).
Good analytics and reporting skills.
With Good Communication Skills, Proficient in English and Arabic is an advantage.
Well-mannered and able to present him/herself professionally.
Highly self-motivated and receptive.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Pays attention to details.
Have driving license.
Required to travel outside the country when needed.
Need to have good knowledge on hospitality industry.
