Job Summary:

We are a leading juice manufacturing company seeking a dynamic and motivated

Sales Executive or Sales Supervisor

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in a similar role within the

fresh produce, beverage, or HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering)

sector, or other

Food and Beverage suppliers

.

The role requires

field-based sales activity

, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, generating leads, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about health-focused products and who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

daily field visits and cold calls

to retail, restaurants, hotels, catering companies, institutional sectors, and other potential customers.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.

Present product offerings and conduct tastings or demos as needed.

Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms in coordination with the sales manager.

Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Requirements:

2-5 years of sales experience

in the

juice, fresh produce, or food & beverage industry.

Prior experience in the fresh produce or food & beverage industry is a major advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability and willingness to work in an

outdoor/field sales role

.

A UAE driving license

is a must.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

English skills are essential, and knowing Arabic is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
