We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Executive Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner to a physician/CEO plastic surgeon in Beauty Clinic- Sharjah Hospital. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the doctor\'s working and personal life.. Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Handle email requests and queries appropriately
Manage daily schedule, schedule meetings and appointments
Make travel arrangements and meal arrangements

Event planning
Picking up and delivering business/personal items
Other duties as assigned
