Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular
home visits
to assess, monitor, and care for patients
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patients' health status and record progress
Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Educate patients and their families on disease management and post-treatment care
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Ensure patient safety and comfort during care delivery
Requirements:
Valid
DOH (HAAD) Registered Nurse License
or Eligibility
Previous experience in
home care nursing
preferred
Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a patient schedule
Must be
currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
