Female Resident Technician (for Female Accommodation Facilities)
Job Summary:
This role is crucial for providing prompt and efficient maintenance support within female residential facilities (e.g., dormitories, female-only accommodations). The technician will handle a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs within female resident areas, including plumbing (leaky faucets, clogged toilets), electrical (outlets, lighting), carpentry (doors, furniture), and HVAC (filter changes, thermostat issues).
Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests.
Conduct regular room inspections and preventive maintenance checks.
Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
Coordinate with the main MEP team for tasks requiring specialized support.
Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities within the facility.

Qualifications:

ITI or equivalent in Electrical, Plumbing, or General Maintenance.
This position is exclusively for female candidates to respect cultural and privacy norms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and customer-service-oriented approach.

General Requirements for All Positions:
Immediate Joining: Must be available to start on short notice.
Passport: Must have a valid passport with a minimum of 8 months validity.
Language: Proficient in spoken and written English is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the relevant field.
