Job Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes
Monitor patient conditions and record vital signs
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assist patients with daily care needs and mobility
Maintain accurate medical records and reports
Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams as required
Requirements:
Female Registered Nurse with valid nursing qualification
DOH / HAAD license or eligibility preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience (homecare experience is an advantage)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional attitude
Ability to work independently
