Key Responsibilities:
Deliver professional nursing care to patients in their residences, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, wound care, and patient education.
Coordinate with physicians and healthcare providers to implement and monitor care plans.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as per DOH guidelines.
Educate family members on proper patient care, medication usage, and health maintenance.
Ensure infection control and safety measures are strictly followed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
DOH/HAAD Licensed
or
DOH Passer / Eligibility Letter holder
Minimum
1 year
of nursing experience (hospital or homecare preferred)
Must be
Female

Excellent communication skills in English
Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused
Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
