to join our growing homecare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes and work closely with families, physicians, and care teams to ensure a high standard of clinical service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional, compassionate, and reliable nursing care in a homecare setting
Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed
Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication usage, and aftercare
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Ensure compliance with DOH (Department of Health Abu Dhabi) standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Valid DOH/HAAD license
or
passer eligibility letter
Minimum
2 years of nursing experience
, preferably in homecare or critical care
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Empathetic, patient-focused, and professional demeanor
Willing to work flexible hours or rotational shifts
Must be currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
