. The ideal candidate will be skilled insocial media talent hunting, live broadcasting,
andcandidate engagement
.Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through platforms such as
Facebook, TikTok, Instagram,
andLinkedIn.
Conductlive broadcasting
sessions to engagepotential candidates
and answer their queries.Review applications
and share shortlistedCVs with the HR department for the final
hiring process. Build and maintain a strongcandidate pipeline to meet recruitment
needs. Achieverecruitment targets set by the company.
Represent
the companyprofessionally
andpromote career opportunities
.Requirements:
Presentable
, outspokenFemale candidates only.
Minimum 2 years
ofrecruitment experience
, preferably inreal estate
. Strongcommunication skills
andfluency in English,
other languages are Plus point.Confident, camera-friendly, and comfortable with live broadcasting
. Must becurrently inside the UAE
.Immediate joiner preferred.

AED 2,500 - AED 3,500 (all-inclusive).
