Perk Excellence Real Estate team in Dubai
. The ideal candidate will be skilled in
social media talent hunting, live broadcasting, and candidate engagement
.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through platforms such as
Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Conduct live broadcasting sessions to engage potential candidates and answer their queries.
Review applications and share shortlisted
CVs with the HR department for the final
hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong
candidate pipeline to meet recruitment
needs.
Achieve
recruitment targets set by the company.
Represent the company professionally and promote career opportunities.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in real estate.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English other languages are Plus point.
Confident, camera-friendly, and comfortable with live broadcasting
.
Must be currently inside the UAE.
Immediate joiner preferred.

Salary:
AED 2,500 - AED 3,500 (all-inclusive).
