Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival.
Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments.
Maintain and update appointment booking systems.
Provide information about salon services, promotions, and products.
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests in a courteous manner.
Process payments and issue receipts.
Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality.
Keep the reception area neat, clean, and presentable at all times.
Coordinate with hairstylists, beauticians, and other staff for smooth workflow.
Upsell salon services, treatments, and retail products when possible.
Manage inventory of reception-related supplies.
Ensure compliance with salon policies and safety procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking systems.
Professional appearance with a friendly and welcoming personality.
