We are looking for an experienced, outgoing, and highly organized Receptionist to join our team at Oak Spa Ladies Spa. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll manage appointments, provide exceptional service, and ensure smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will have a strong personality, excellent time management skills, and a passion for delivering a luxury spa experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Reception:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
Appointment Scheduling:
Manage bookings, cancellations, and reschedules with precision and efficiency.
Customer Service:
Address guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Time Management:
Maintain an organized schedule for the spa, ensuring appointments run on time.
Billing & Payments:
Process transactions and ensure accurate billing.
Team Support:
Collaborate with spa staff to maintain smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
Strong Personality:
Outgoing, confident, and able to stay calm under pressure.
Time Management:
Ability to handle a busy booking schedule and prioritize tasks effectively.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient with booking systems and general office tools.
Professional Appearance:
Must maintain a polished and welcoming demeanor.
