Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet visitors in a professional manner Provide visitors with information and direct them accordingly Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail Answering social media account such as Whatsapp & Instagram in a Professional manner Assisting on Bridal customers and fittings Buying Local materials (to be discuss during the interview) Preparing the materials for the ordered dresses Scheduling and organizing timetable for the customer and tailors Bridal assistance and helping in weddings (to be discuss during the interview) Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary Perform other administrative support tasks Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times QUALIFICATIONS: With atleast 2-3 year's experience and excellent English language skills. Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment Can work under pressure with minimal supervision Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently Job Type: Full-time
