Position Overview:
We are looking for a
Female Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless and pleasant experience for visitors, handle inquiries efficiently, and support the team with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcomed.
Manage appointment scheduling and confirm bookings.
Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
Provide accurate information about services, packages, and promotions.
Process payments and issue receipts.
Maintain an organized and presentable reception area.
Coordinate with medical and aesthetic staff to ensure smooth operations.
Keep accurate records of client interactions and update the database.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and appointment management software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask and manage a busy reception area.
Customer-focused, empathetic, and attentive to detail.
