Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Guest Relations
Greet and welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Manage incoming calls, take accurate messages, and route them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
Visitor & Appointment Coordination
Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and meeting arrangements.
Maintain visitor logs and issue passes in line with company security procedures.
Coordinate meeting room schedules and support office events as needed.
Administrative Support
Handle daily correspondence, including emails, mail, and courier services.
Support HR and administrative teams with filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Maintain office supplies and ensure timely replenishment when needed.
Office Coordination & Communication
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Assist in preparing reports, scheduling appointments, and organizing company activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a
Receptionist
,
Front Desk Officer
, or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent command of
English
(spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Proficient in
MS Office
and general office equipment (phones, printers, scanners, etc.).
Professional appearance
