We are looking for a well-organized, and proactive female Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while efficiently managing front desk operations, coordinating pantry and office supplies, and ensuring smooth communication flow within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients and visitors as they arrive, ensuring their needs are promptly addressed.
Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them appropriately to the Customer Service team or other departments.
Coordinate and manage the procurement of office stationery supplies to ensure availability.
Monitor and arrange pantry items for employees and guests to ensure consistent stock and quality.
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area and meeting rooms.
Assist in scheduling meeting rooms and preparing them for client visits.
Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned.
Serve coffee/refreshments for guests in the meeting rooms as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and a positive, approachable attitude.
Basic computer skills
Fluent in English & Tagalog
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
