Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations:
Greet clients and inform technicians of their arrival and treatments.
Maintain accurate branch communication and documentation.
Manage cash, handle sales, and follow daily closing procedures.
Provide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone.
Follow all front desk SOPs and maintain reception area standards.
Booking & System Management:
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on client appointments.
Ensure accurate treatment and client records in the system.
Manage therapists' schedules, leaves, and lunch breaks.
Stay updated on pricing, promotions, and apply money handling SOPs.
Client & Team Interaction:
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and follow-up professionally.
Promote services and products effectively.
Support the Branch Manager with admin tasks.
Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain branch ambience.
Profile Requirements
1. Skills:
Strong passion for customer service
Excellent English communication skills
Great time management and multi-tasking ability
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and POS systems
Professional grooming and positive attitude
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
2. Experience:
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a receptionist as well as in Sales.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
