Candidate should have at least minimum of 2-3 years of front office experience preferably in
Government Transaction Center( AMER)
or any Good Organization.
Excellent Communication Skills in English Language and Russian language will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor queues and ensure efficient flow of transactions, minimizing wait times for customers.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide clients feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Coordinate with management to develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent.
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in a similar role, preferably within a government services(
AMER/DED
) .
-- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and office software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
