Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
Manage meeting room bookings and visitor logs
Handle basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Support HR/admin team as needed
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role
Professional appearance and attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,600.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 20/05/2025
