Qualifications:



Dok32 Mandatory


- Minimum 2 year of experience as a receptionist in medical clinics.



- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.



- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.



- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).



- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



- Fluency in English and Arabic is a strong asset.



- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.



-Client Care Coordinator:

This title emphasizes the receptionist's role in scheduling appointments and ensuring a smooth client experience.

-Treatment Scheduler:

This title focuses on the core responsibility of booking appointments for treatments.

- Client Services Representative:

This is a more general title that encompasses all aspects of the receptionist's interaction with clients.

-Intake Coordinator:

If the receptionist also handles initial client intake (gathering information, paperwork), this title is appropriate.
