We are looking for a professional and well-presented Female Receptionist to join our Head Office in Ajman. The ideal candidate should be proactive, friendly, and able to manage front desk operations efficiently.

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Handle scheduling, appointments, and front desk operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
  • Coordinate with internal teams and support daily office tasks

  • Female candidates only
  • Philippines nationality preferred
  • Must be available to join immediately
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic administrative tools
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
