We are seeking a highly motivated and well experienced Female Real Estate Working Partner to join our team. Minimum 10 to 15 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience needed the same field. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our real estate business, including overseeing property listings, conducting property inspections, negotiating deals, and managing relationships with clients and other industry stakeholders. As a working partner, you will also be responsible for contributing to the overall growth and success of the business. Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the real estate business, including property listings, property inspections, and negotiations with buyers and sellers Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other industry stakeholders Develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote our properties to potential buyers and renters Provide expert guidance and advice to clients throughout the buying and selling process Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business Contribute to the overall growth and success of the business by identifying new opportunities and implementing strategies to drive revenue and increase market share Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate sales Active real estate license Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a related field Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Working Partner to join a dynamic and growing company.
