Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and mortgage options.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and property investors.
Conduct property viewings and showings, handling all queries professionally.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to close deals successfully.
Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
