for social media.
Generate leads and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to meet company goals.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience
in Dubai real estate with
verified sales

Proven record of
successful property transactions

Confident, well-presented, and
comfortable speaking on camera

Strong communication and closing skills.

Salary & Commission
Basic Salary:
Up to
AED 3,000
per month
Commission:
50/50 split
on company-provided leads
70/30 split
on self-generated leads
