Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored real estate solutions.

Sales & Rentals

: Negotiate and close deals for sales and rentals across residential, commercial, and investment properties.

Market Research

: Stay informed about market trends, property prices, and changes in local regulations to offer valuable guidance to clients.

Negotiation

: Handle negotiations between buyers, sellers, and tenants to ensure mutually beneficial deals.

Documentation

: Oversee the completion of all necessary documentation for property transactions.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team and company goals, fostering a positive and professional environment.

Requirements:

Experience

: Previous real estate experience is a plus

Communication Skills

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
