Roles & Responsibilities

Drive property sales across Dubai's most prestigious developments. Manage leads, negotiate deals, and close with precision. Build and maintain strong client relationships while growing your personal brand. Ensure compliance with RERA and uphold ELL's professional standards. Collaborate with our media, marketing, and sales teams to scale your reach and results. Desired Candidate Profile Proven Experience: 1+ year of real estate sales in Dubai/MENA with a track record of closing. Languages: Fluent in English (Arabic or other regional languages = strong advantage). RERA Knowledge: Solid understanding of compliance and process. Mindset: Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.
