Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, networking, and marketing activities
Manage property listings and conduct property viewings
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and investment opportunities
Negotiate and close sales and leasing deals
Maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
Prepare and review real estate documents (Form A, B, F, contracts, offers)
Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and Dubai Land Department requirements
Stay updated on Dubai communities, pricing trends, and market changes
Promote properties through social media and online platforms
Provide excellent customer service and follow up with all leads
Requirements
Previous real estate experience in Dubai (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred)
RERA certification is a plus
Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage
Ability to work independently and in a team
Positive attitude, high energy, and target-driven mindset
