What We're Looking For:

A female real estate agent, open to all nationalities
Proven success in real estate sales, ideally within Dubai or across the UAE
Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, including current trends, communities, and developer offerings
Exceptional communication and client relationship skills
Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented
Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)
RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
Generate leads and convert them into successful transactions
Conduct property viewings and negotiations
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market and new project launches
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Coordinate with developers, landlords, and clients to close deals smoothly
