We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while delivering top-quality service and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and actively seek out potential buyers, sellers, and tenants.
Conduct property viewings and accompany clients throughout the process.
Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property.
Stay updated with current real estate trends, laws, and market conditions.
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, lease agreements, deeds, etc.).
Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
Build and maintain a strong database of clients and listings.
Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
Ensure all dealings are carried out in a legal and ethical manner.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
