to cater to our diverse clientele. If you are passionate about sales and have excellent negotiation skills, we offer a competitive salary with an attractive commission structure on every deal.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
Conduct property viewings and provide market insights to clients.
Negotiate and close deals efficiently to meet sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Stay up to date with market trends, laws, and regulations.
Promote listings through various channels, including digital marketing and social media.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales (preferred but not mandatory).
Fluency in
French, Russian, German, or Farsi
(English is an advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in closing deals.
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
RERA certification is a plus.
