Job Description
Position: Female Real Estate Sales Agent We are a Dubai-based Real Estate Agency looking for an experienced female realtor to join our dynamic team of multinational realtors. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Talking to owners with a view to leasing or selling their property.
- Handle sales and rental inquiries from clients through phone, email, and in person.
- Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property value.
- Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values, and property legislation.
- Qualifying new leads.
- Registering new landlords/sellers from both cold calling and new inquiries.
- Negotiating offers, contract negotiation, and finalizing deals.
- Maintain regular contact with all clients.
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent (minimum 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Agent in UAE for both off plan and secondary market)
- Strong sales, good presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven track of successful sales record.
- Self Driven, prompt with good team dynamic skills.
- Being Bilingual/Multilingual is a plus (Fluency in French, Russian, Arabic, Chinese will be an added advantage.)
- Company Visa and Work Permit will be provided.
