Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Female Purchase Executive to support our MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) division. The role involves sourcing and procuring high-quality MEP materials and services at competitive prices to support our construction and maintenance projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for MEP materials (e.g., cables, pipes, fixtures, HVAC parts).
• Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions as per project requirements.
• Obtain and compare quotes, ensuring the best price, quality, and delivery terms.
• Coordinate with the MEP project team to understand material specifications and delivery schedules.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to sites.
• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and evaluate their performance.
• Resolve any issues related to purchased items, such as defects or wrong deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing role, specifically within the MEP or construction industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of MEP materials, technical specifications, and the local supplier market.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
