We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Female Property Consultant
to join our real estate team in Dubai. This role is open to candidates with various levels of experience, including fresh graduates who have excellent communication skills and a strong passion for real estate. Multilingual candidates are highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai's competitive real estate market. Provide expert guidance on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities. Conduct property viewings, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and social media platforms. Prepare and present property listings through digital and in-person presentations. Stay updated with Dubai's real estate regulations, RERA laws, and industry trends.
Requirements:
Experience:
Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals.Languages:
English is mandatory; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Hindi, Urdu, French, etc.) are a plus.Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.How to Apply:
