Job Description

Seeking fluent English/Arabic speakers to represent a luxury real estate agency by promoting the agency and its services alongside properties within its portfolio.

Responsibilities:

? ?Engage with potential clients by explaining any given property's unique selling points.



? ??Attend industry events, expos, and relevant locations alongside the sales team to network with potential clients and relevant persons.



? ??Conduct property demonstrations to showcase its quality and sales/investment potential.



? ??Gather client feedback to identify preferences--specifically client budgets and area preferences within Abu Dhabi.



? ??Collaborate with sales and marketing to align promotional activities with business objectives.



? ??Monitor and evaluate promotional effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to maximize results.



? ??Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to stay informed and adapt accordingly.



? ??Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and property developers.



Required skills:

? ?Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage and connect with the agency's target audience.



? ??Strong presentation skills, representing the agency in a manner befitting the highest standards by dressing in a chic and formal fashion.



Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
