About the Role:

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and outgoing

Female Promoter

to represent and promote the

Full Cart brand

across our 13+ outlets in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, creating brand awareness, encouraging app downloads, and building strong relationships with potential customers.

You will play a key role in promoting our

WhatsApp and web shopping platform

, distributing

visiting cards

, encouraging

Google reviews

, and reaching out to nearby

residential and commercial areas

to attract new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote the

Full Cart brand

across all assigned outlets. Visit residential and commercial buildings to promote our company products and services. Encourage customers to use the

Full Cart WhatsApp & Web Shopping App

for convenient online shopping. Distribute company

visiting cards

and promotional materials to potential customers. Motivate satisfied customers to share

positive Google reviews

to boost brand visibility. Represent the brand professionally and maintain a friendly, engaging, and confident attitude at all times. Participate in promotional campaigns, in-store activities, and field events organized by management. Follow the travel schedule provided by management and visit all assigned outlets as required. Provide regular feedback and market insights to management regarding customer behavior and competitor activities. Distribute shop visiting cards and marketing materials to potential customers to increase brand visibility.

Requirements:

Female candidates only. Presentable, confident, and excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is an advantage). Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Must be

willing to travel across Dubai

as per management schedule. Previous experience in sales, promotion, or customer engagement preferred (FMCG or retail experience a plus). Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
