Female Personal Trainer

to join our dynamic team and help our clients become the best versions of themselves.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group personal training sessions to clients based on their fitness goals and needs. Design personalized training programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall fitness. Motivate and encourage clients to achieve their fitness goals, maintain consistency, and improve their performance. Offer nutritional advice and guidance in alignment with fitness objectives. Continuously assess and adjust training programs to ensure optimal results. Maintain accurate records of client progress and sessions. Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere within the gym. Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications. Ensure safety protocols are followed during training sessions. Promote gym services and help increase client engagement and retention.

Requirements:

Female, with a passion for fitness and helping others succeed. Certified Personal Trainer (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of fitness techniques, workout programming, and injury prevention. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate clients. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and create personalized experiences. Must be reliable, punctual, and have a professional demeanor. Previous experience in personal training is preferred but not mandatory. A positive attitude, team spirit, and a passion for fitness. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on client needs.
