About the Role
We're looking for 2 qualified Female Personal Trainers who bring confidence, professionalism, and authenticity to their sessions. You'll be part of a high-energy environment that values teamwork, results, and community spirit.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver personalized training sessions and build strong client relationships
- Help members achieve their fitness goals through expert coaching and motivation
- Represent the brand's energetic, community-focused ethos both on and off the gym floor
- Maintain high professional standards and uphold the facility's premium service quality
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of personal training experience preferred
- Recognised personal training qualification (minimal REPs Level 3 or equivalent)
- Confident, knowledgeable, and approachable personality
- Passion for fitness and commitment to helping others achieve results
- Must currently be based in the UAE (local hires preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
- First 3 months: Base salary: AED 4,500 + 50/50 split on PT sessions
- After first 3 months: AED 150 per session for first 40 sessions + 60% commission thereafter

- Medical insurance provided
- Uniform provided - Facility currently has a contract with Puma. Tops, bottoms & shoes provided
- 30 days paid annual leave + air ticket allowance every 2 years
- 6-day work week (schedule based on client requirements)
Shift Type: First 3 months - shifts based on the business, 6 days working, 1 day off.
**No set schedule thereafter - schedule to be based on the PT client requirements. KPI to be met.
