Female Personal Trainer

Job Description

The Female Personal Trainer is responsible for providing customized fitness programs, guiding members toward achieving their health and wellness goals, and ensuring safe and effective exercise practices.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized training programs based on clients' goals and fitness levels. Lead one-on-one and small group training sessions with proper exercise techniques. Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness, weight loss, or strength goals. Educate members on proper nutrition, healthy lifestyle choices, and recovery methods. Track clients' progress and adjust programs when needed. Ensure safety and correct use of equipment during training. Maintain a professional, approachable, and supportive relationship with clients. Stay updated on fitness trends, techniques, and certifications. Promote personal training services to encourage new memberships and client retention.

Qualifications & Skills:



Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, ISSA, REPs, or equivalent). Minimum 1-2 years of personal training experience (preferred). Strong communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to design safe and effective programs for all fitness levels. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. Energetic, professional, and passionate about health and fitness. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
