Job Description
The premium health club in Al Ain looking for is results driven Female Personal Trainers, who are highly motivated and committed to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, enjoy delivering high-quality, bespoke training programs and excellent customer service at all the times. You must want to be pushed to never accept anything less than your very best. In this role you will be expected to have exceptional professional knowledge and a genuine passion for Health and Fitness, have a confident and specialist approach with clients and, in doing so, build up and maintain a strong client base. To be considered you\'ll need to match the following criteria \xe2\x80\x93
- Minimum Level 2 in Fitness Instruction & Level 3 in Personal Trainer qualified
- Additional CPD courses is be an advantage
- Committed to continually develop new skills and progressing as a Fitness Professional
- Practices what you preach, physically fit and active
- Exceptional communication skills & able to develop great rapport with members
- Great customer service skills
- Successfully create Personal Training business from new & existing prospects
- Motivated, with a disciplined work ethic and able to work towards meeting & exceeding targets, with a never give up attitude
- Always organized & professional
- Exceptional & confident written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Highest standards of grooming
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask & prioritize daily workload
- Enjoy working within a team and supporting colleagues but also ability to work along unsupervised
- Responsible & trustworthy
- Fitness: 2 years (Required)
