Personal Assistant
to support one of our top-performing Property Consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact between the consultant and clients
Manage appointments, calls, emails, and calendar scheduling
Prepare and manage real estate documents, including offer letters, sales/purchase contracts, tenancy agreements, and other related documentation
Assist in preparing presentations, client reports, and marketing materials
Coordinate property viewings, follow-ups, and client communication
Ensure accurate filing and documentation of deals and transactions
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant
(Real Estate experience is a MUST)
Excellent written and spoken English
(Arabic is a plus)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail, especially with legal and contractual documents
Tech-savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Must be based in Abu Dhabi
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
