The position offers an opportunity to build a Female Pelvic and Reconstructive Surgeon practice with a diverse patient population. The team is dedicated to the highest quality care and to promoting continued education in its staff while playing an integral role.

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree from an Accredited University.
• Medical License.
• Board Eligible or board-certified Female Pelvic and Reconstructive Surgeon.
• Committed to the healthcare management and the communities we serve.
• Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills.
• A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven Health System.

Responsibilities:

• Full-time Female Pelvic and Reconstructive Surgeon.
• Excellent primary care referral base with a patient panel on day one.
• Using a lens of equity in all aspects of patient care delivery, education, and research to promote policies and practices to allow opportunities for all to thrive and reach their potential.
• Serving as a role model confronting negative scenarios and inappropriate actions by speaking up, challenging exclusionary organizational practices, and standing side-by-side in support of colleagues who experience discrimination.
