We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Office Staff member to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth flow of communication and operational support across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner
Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems
Process orders, coordinate with suppliers, monitor order status, and update delivery timelines
Provide administrative support to various departments, including document preparation and scheduling
Process and track invoices and assist with financial reconciliations
Prepare and follow up on insurance claims documentation
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the optical industry (wholesale, distribution, or retail) preferred
Familiarity with insurance claim processing
Proficiency in ERP systems and office software
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Effective time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background
