The Office Assistant - Night Shift will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support during night hours to ensure smooth office functioning. The role requires a reliable, organized, and proactive individual capable of handling office coordination, basic documentation, and support tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support during the night shift
Maintain and update office records, files, and documentation
Handle incoming calls, emails, and internal communications during night hours
Assist management and team members with routine operational tasks
Coordinate with day-shift staff for proper handover of work
Monitor office activities and ensure compliance with company policies
Support basic admin-related tasks as assigned
Ensure office cleanliness, organization, and readiness for the next shift
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time
Requirements & Qualifications
Female candidates only
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Prior experience as an office assistant or administrative role is an advantage
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Ability to work independently during night shifts
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional attitude with attention to detail
