Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate a patient's condition and needs.
- Develop a treatment plan for patients, laying out the types of activities
- Develop long or short-term treatment plan, including diet and exercise.
- Help patients how to operate basic movements that will help them in their everyday living.
- Demonstrate exercises to relieve pain and increase mobility.
- Evaluate a patient's home or workplace and, based on the patient's health needs, identify potential improvements.
- Record progress and make further recommendations.
- Alter treatment programs, if necessary.
- Prepare materials and assemble equipment for use during treatment.
- Teach patients how to compensate for lost motor skills.
- Teach and assist patients in their activities of daily living.
- Demonstrate therapy techniques.
- Maintain appropriate documentation on all related services and procedures
- Responsible for maintaining completeness and accurate comprehensive patients' records in accordance with the standards of record keeping as well as to support team members.
- On time submission of patient's documentation.
- Other duties relevant as per required.
- Attend trainings on KPI for improvement and quality.
- With HAAD or transferable DHA License.
- With experience of being Occupational Therapist in home care settting at least 2 years Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bachelor's (Required)
- Occupational Therapist: 2 years (Required)
- HAAD/DHA License (Required)
