Job Summary:

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Female Nurses to join our patient care team across various locations. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in nursing, with a minimum of 4 years of experience and specific credentials as outlined per location. This role requires dedication to providing the highest level of patient care, with a focus on safety, empathy, and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed by medical professionals.

Monitor patient health and record signs of progress or concern.

Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.

Educate patients about their conditions and the care required to aid their recovery.

Coordinate with healthcare professionals to plan or adjust treatment plans.

Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.

Maintain patient confidentiality and respect privacy always.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent.

Valid Ministry of Health (MOH) license as required for specific locations.

At least 4 years of nursing experience, with additional credentials (Data Flow/Pearson) as specified for certain roles.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

9 hours duty with breaks (straight/split as per schedule).

3 months probation period.

2 years contract, renewable.
