A prestigious 5-star luxury resort is currently seeking a compassionate and professional Female Nurse (with NHRA License) to join our team, ensuring the well-being and health security of everyone on our premises. The Female Nurse will be responsible for providing immediate medical assistance, primary care, and health guidance to both guests and employees within the resort. This vital role focuses on promoting health and safety, managing medical emergencies, and ensuring the highest standards of care. Given the resort's diverse clientele and facilities, including exclusive female guest areas, the ability to provide culturally sensitive and private care is paramount. Key Responsibilities: Medical Care & First Aid: Provide immediate and appropriate first aid and medical care to guests and employees in emergency situations. Administer basic medical treatments, dispense over-the-counter medications as per protocols, and manage minor injuries or illnesses. Conduct basic health assessments and provide advice on minor health concerns. Act as the primary responder for all on-site medical emergencies. Assess emergency situations swiftly and accurately, providing necessary stabilization. Coordinate effectively with external emergency medical services (e.g., ambulance, local hospitals) when advanced care is required. Maintain accurate records of all incidents, treatments, and follow-ups. Offer empathetic and discreet medical support to guests, respecting their privacy and cultural sensitivities.
